1. Overview
Welcome to Ava & Sable (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, services and any purchases from us. By placing an order or using our site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Age & Account
You warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and may lawfully enter into a contract. If you allow others (e.g., minors) to use your account, you are responsible for their use.

3. Orders & Formation of Contract
When you place an order you make an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send a dispatch email or otherwise confirm your order. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion (stock, pricing error, fraud). If cancelled after payment, we’ll refund you.

4. Customer Information & Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information (billing, shipping, contact). You are responsible for ensuring the address is correct. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery because of inaccurate information.

5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in NZD unless otherwise stated. Shipping, duties and taxes may be added at checkout. We may change prices/promotions at any time before dispatch. You agree to pay the price listed at checkout and applicable shipping/handling.

6. Shipping, Title & Risk
Shipping and delivery estimates are approximate only. Once we hand the goods to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to you, and title transfers upon payment in full. We are not liable for shipping delays beyond our control (carriers, customs, force-majeure).

7. Returns & Refunds
Our Returns Policy (linked) sets out change-of-mind and faulty item return rights. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) or the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on our site (designs, logos, text, images) is owned by Ava & Sable or its licensors. You must not copy, reproduce or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Feedback/Reviews
If you choose to submit reviews or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use this feedback in any medium.

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, special or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We disclaim implied warranties except those required by law.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by publishing the revised version on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes means you accept them.
