Shipping policy
1. Pre-Orders
A pre-order occurs when we have incoming stock that has not yet reached our fulfilment centres. You can still order these products and we will ship your order as soon as stock arrives. This is usually on, or close to the specified date on the product page.
2. Dispatch & Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, NZ time), excluding public holidays.
- Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. During launch periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
- For pre-orders or custom/personalised items, the dispatch timeframe will be shown on the product page.
3. Shipping Zones & Costs
- New Zealand & Australia: Standard shipping rate applies; free standard shipping on NZ orders over NZ$200 and AU orders over AUD$220

Please note delivery timeframes are estimates only. Courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, and peak periods may impact delivery times.
5. Title & Risk
- Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you (the customer).
- If you enter an incorrect shipping address or fail to collect the shipment, you are responsible for any additional fees or re-shipment costs.
6. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- Please inspect your parcel on delivery and contact us within 7 days of receipt for any damage, missing items or incorrect goods.
- For non-delivery claims, please contact us within 21 days of the dispatch date.
- Claims may require supporting photos or evidence to proceed.
7. Returns & Exchanges
- Our Returns & Refunds policy applies. Shipping costs incurred for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
8. Changes & Updates
- We may update our shipping policy from time to time. The version shown at the time of your order applies.
