Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Ava+Sable Quarterly "Wear & Win" Giveaway ("Giveaway") run by Ava+Sable ("the Promoter", "we", "us", "our"). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Giveaway is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

1.2 Employees of the Promoter and individuals directly employed by the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

1.3 By entering, participants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements.

2. How to Enter

2.1 To receive an entry into the Giveaway, participants must:
a) Have made a verified purchase from Ava+Sable; and
b) Share one of the following on Instagram:

• A photo featuring your Ava+Sable piece, tagging @avasable and #WearAva; or
• A story featuring your Ava+Sable piece, tagging @avasable and #WearAva; or
• A reel featuring your Ava+Sable piece, tagging @avasable and #WearAva

2.2 Only one of the above actions is required per entry.

2.3 Private Instagram accounts are permitted to enter — please follow @avasable so we can view your entry.

2.4 Multiple entries are allowed. Each qualifying post during the entry period counts as one entry.

2.5 Both the tag and hashtag are required for a valid entry.

3. Entry Period

3.1 Each Giveaway period runs for 3 calendar months ("Entry Period"). Current period dates will be announced on @avasable.

3.2 Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be included in the draw.

3.3 A minimum of five (5) valid entries must be received for a draw to occur.

4. Prize

4.1 One winner will receive $100 NZD cash per quarter.

4.2 The prize is paid via bank transfer or another method reasonably agreed between the winner and the Promoter.

4.3 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for products or store credit.

5. Selection of Winner

5.1 A winner will be chosen by random draw within the first 5 business days following the close of each Entry Period.

5.2 The draw includes all valid entries received during that Entry Period.

5.3 The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from the official @avasable account within 48 hours of the draw.

5.4 The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.

5.5 If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter may select another winner or determine no prize will be awarded for that period.

6. Content Rights

6.1 By entering the Giveaway, participants grant Ava+Sable a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use any tagged photo, story or reel submitted as part of their entry for marketing, promotional or advertising purposes.

6.2 The Promoter may repost, reshare or reuse the content across social media, website, email and advertising.

6.3 The original creator will always be credited where possible.

6.4 Participants confirm they have the right to grant these permissions.

7. Privacy

7.1 Participant names, Instagram handles and content will be used solely for administering the Giveaway.

7.2 The Promoter will not add entrants to any email marketing list without separate consent.

7.3 Participant details will not be stored for more than three (3) months after the prize is awarded.

7.4 All personal information will be managed in accordance with New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

8. General Conditions

8.1 This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

8.2 Participants release Instagram from any liability arising from the Giveaway.

8.3 The Promoter reserves the right to:
a) verify the validity of entries
b) refuse entries that do not comply with these Terms
c) modify, suspend or cancel the Giveaway at any time
d) amend these Terms where necessary

8.4 The Promoter is not responsible for:
a) late, lost or misdirected entries
b) technical issues affecting entry or notification
c) any failure by the winner to receive notifications due to privacy settings

8.5 These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
